The Project Management Institute offers a variety of free resources, including webinars, articles, and templates. I recently took the Talking to AI: Prompt Engineering for Project Managers free course and highly recommend it for those interested in leveling up their skill is this area. You can also find many free courses and tutorials on websites such as Coursera, edX, and Udemy.Finally, remember to make your development fun! Find ways to learn that you enjoy, such as attending industry conferences, participating in online communities and even getting more involved with PMINJ (there are so many opportunities to volunteer and learn, including with our various LCIs!).And, don't forget to leverage your professional network. Talk to your colleagues, mentors, and other contacts to get advice and support.By taking the time to create a professional development plan and invest in your skills, you can set yourself up for a successful and rewarding career in life science project management.
