Qualifications for Nomination
- Any PMINJ Member can nominate a volunteer team.
- All team members must have membership in good standing with PMI and NJ Chapter.
- Team should not be a prior Volunteer Team of the Year winner (past 2 years).
- Accomplishment should be completed within the year that the team is being nominated.
- Minimum of six months of volunteer service to PMINJ for each team member.
- Board Members are not eligible.
Nomination Process
- All PMINJ Members are eligible to make a nomination.
- Provide the team name and identify each team member via their PMI Member ID (list provided in the nomination form).
- Submit justification for your nomination.
- PMINJ Board Members will receive an email notification of your nomination along with your justification.
- At a later date, the PMINJ Board will vote to select the Volunteer Team of the Year.
Recognition & Award
- The winning team will receive recognition.
- The Chapter Pulse and Website will feature the winning team write-up and picture.
- The writeup will summarize the key contributions with emphasis on impact to PMINJ.
